BBA STRUCTURE & CURRICULUM

BBA-Program-Structurr

The BBA curriculum offered by SP Jain has been designed by industry experts and is benchmarked against some of the best universities in the world. The intensive coursework ensures that graduates are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed as leaders in the global workplace.

As a freshman at SP Jain, you will start with courses which will provide the foundation for more advanced and specialised learning in the second half of the BBA program.

PROJECTS

A distinct aspect of the BBA program is the requirement to undertake two Regional Immersion Projects and a Capstone Project along with the other BBA subjects

  • Regional Immersion Projects

Students will work on a self-directed project aligned with their interests and future goals, helping them build a professional portfolio. This project is designed to promote teamwork, effective communication, and help students develop a foundation in conducting research. During the course of the project, students will work on identifying relevant frameworks, business models, and research methods to tackle business challenges in today's dynamic global and regional environments.

  • Capstone Project

The learning journey will conclude with a capstone project, which can be either an Action Learning Project (ALP) or an Entrepreneurship Project. These projects allow students to apply their classroom knowledge and skills to real-world scenarios.

In the ALP, students collaborate with a company to complete a project and provide a detailed report and presentation. This experience encourages self-directed learning and showcases the student’s abilities in research, analysis, problem-solving, professional writing, and effective communication.

For the Entrepreneurship Project, students use the same skills to develop and refine their ideas, laying the groundwork to potentially launch their own business.
